2017 has been an exciting year so far here at HedgeGuard. First to be mentioned: HedgeGuard’s Expansion Across regions
We’ve the opportunity to work with a wide range of new hedge fund and asset management clients, each with their own investment strategies, objectives and requirements. Ensuring that our offering and services are in line with our client’s ambitions has always been one of our key focus areas. Adding to our operational team, we were glad to welcome Damien Duval, COO to the HedgeGuard team last month.
Damien joins HedgeGuard as COO and brings a wealth of Information Technology & Services experience. A career spanning seventeen years within the industry includes assuring client satisfaction through various roles around R&D, Support, Project Management & Consulting. His latest achievement has been to entirely build the Customer Care Department of a well-known French SaaS company.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to innovate, he has joined HedgeGuard with the focus to drive greater business value through operations and services. As a COO, he aims to simplify and to streamline internal functions resulting in the improvement of the overall customer experience and staff satisfaction of HedgeGuard.
In other news, the opening of our new Beirut office in May will allow us to better capture the dynamic asset management trends in the MENA region. Indeed, the region is witnessing fast growth in the asset management space and has recently attracted some of the most well-known names in the industry. We will be amongst our tech peers in the Beirut Digital District, a hub for tech firms that helps facilitate innovative ideas in the Middle East.
Finally, our recent re-branding and the launch of our new website (www.hedgeguard.com) embodies the recent growth and developments we have witnessed. Strong relationships with our clients and partners has always been central to our mission. Both our offering and focus are built around the aim of helping our clients outperform and produce alpha.
